#8096 Unretire libiptcdata
Closed: Fixed 5 years ago by churchyard. Opened 5 years ago by churchyard.

  • Name of the package? libiptcdata

  • FAS username of the new maintainer? dcm

  • Branches that you need it to be unretired for? master

  • Package re-review BZ URL? not yet needed

  • Any extra information?

I've retired the package under bogus assumption that nothing requires it. It was an error.

Please retag the latest build, as the package currently FTBFS. Other packages are FTBFS because of this, so a proper fix of this FTBFS should not block them.

ok, technically there should normally be a review request after 2 weeks and this happened couple days more than 2 weeks ago, however it was an error, could we skip this check now please?

@churchyard libiptcdata is now unretired, but the latest build is from F28 which I tagged into F30 but I would prefer to fix the rebuild issues. Is @dcm a unresponsive maintainer?

The fire I've caused is put down. Thank you for that.

Can you trigger a mass rebuild like build and open a FTBS like bug? If not, i can do it manually.

I've seen replies by the maintainer, so I wouldn't call him unresponsive, yet the FTBFS F29 bug is open without reply.

Shall I open the FTBFS bug manually?
