The rpm-software-management-sig group[1] is currently owned by releng. I don't know what was the original purpose of the group, but the members are existing and former members of the Red Hat's Software Management team I lead.
If you think it's a right thing to do, could you transfer the group ownership to me so I can manage membership any time a new team member joins the Software Management team?
Another option would be to drop this group and replace it with a new one (possibly rpm-software-management without the -sig suffix).

You can't have group which doesn't end with -sig.

Also you can manage that group. You were "sponsor", I've made you "administrator" now.
