Describe the issue I want to update the CI setup for this repository so that it is more flexible (such as being able to update the CI setup via merged PR rather than requiring admin access).
When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD) As soon as possible.
When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD) Once the improvement patches are merged to master.
If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact? The CI will remain limited (and also running on an EOL Fedora 27 VM in CentOS CI).
