Describe the issue
I have packaged bear (aka build ear, a tool for clang-tooling), but its name was clashing with the package bear-devel (a game engine). The bear-devel maintainer kindly renamed his package to bear-factory and retired bear. I would like to take over bear repository (https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/bear/), so that I can publish my package.
