I've inadvertently sent this to the mailing list already, sorry for the spam.

After some weeks of on-and-off debugging, I've fixed a number of
outstanding bugs only today in system-config-services which haven't
touched strings (so it's a low risk to include this), but without which
testing the application doesn't make much sense:

- ensure correct order replay of frozen notifications when thawing

- ensure list is sensitive when dealing with herders that are ready

startup

Please include system-config-services-0.99.23-1.fc10 in the Beta so that
it can get wide-spread testing.
