#7623 Taking over PKI module ownership
Closed: Fixed Opened by edewata.

  • Describe the issue

According to @sgallagh the current PKI module was originally created for experiments, and now the PKI team would like to take over the module ownership for official PKI releases:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/modules/pki

The PKI team currently owns the following packages:
- https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/pki-console
- https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/dogtag-pki-theme
- https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/dogtag-pki

  • When do you need this? (YYYY/MM/DD)

As soon as the schedule allows.

  • When is this no longer needed or useful? (YYYY/MM/DD)

The PKI module will be needed for foreseeable future.

  • If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?

The PKI team will not be able to release PKI packages via module, and IPA may not be able to create a module that depends on this module.

Done.
