  When I built the retired ibus-input-pad after the package review is proceeded, koji outputs the error:

I request to un-retire the package.

% cat ibus-input-pad/dead.package

• When is this no longer needed or useful? I don't understand this question. ibus-input-pad is always needed.

• If we cannot complete your request, what is the impact?
  Users cannot install ibus-input-pad while the retirement was done by release engineering.
