Over in modularity#101, @sgallagh and @mizdebsk are asking for a new platform:f29 entry in PDC. I can create this, using the scripts in the bootstrap/ directory of the fm-orchestrator repo... but it assumes that a koji tag exists for module-f29-build which doesn't yet exist.
