I would like to unretire python-flask-mail for f27 +
a new review request has been submited, the scm-request has been declined, because the correct procedure is to ask for un-retirement.

@itamarjp python-flask-mail is unretired for master(f29) branch, you can use fedpkg request-branch for f27 and f28, currently you cannot request f28 due to https://pagure.io/fedpkg/issue/187 but it should be fixed by tomorrow
