I think there may be something wrong, builds are failing in creating the src.rpm

There is an old gcc in that tag:

koji list-tagged f28-kde | grep gcc
gcc-7.3.1-1.fc28 f28-kde jakub

which is causing redhat-rpm-config to not install because it needs gcc > 7 and then rpm can't install, etc.
I think untagging that should fix it.

OK, thanks. :( We're trying to work-around a bug in gcc8, to use the last known-good versions of things.

I'll make an effort to do a better job of informing you when that task is done so you can remove it promptly.
