Those packages are obsoleted by kyua in F28+. Unfortunately I don't have admin access to those packages, so I can't retire them :(

In any case, people can't install them because of Obsoletes.
@ignatenkobrain Even though I have the permissions to do so, I am not sure about the policy here, I guess you should ask the kyua-testers and kyua-cli package maintainer (@jmmv) to retire them.

Sure... the problem is I haven't touched anything Fedora-related for a long time and it'll take me some effort to get back up to speed (hence why I've procrastinated in replying this; sorry). If mohanboddu has the permissions to do this, please go ahead!
They are now retired on F29 and greater, as F28 is stable now, we cannot retire on it.
