Dear all.
Just a heads-up that we are intending to include the latest GNU MPFR version 4.0.0 in the Fedora 28 release.

Since there is a soname change, we would like to request a separate Koji tag to rebuild the dependencies separately, to mitigate any rebuild issues, should they occur.
The package maintainer (Pavel Cahyna) has been contacted, and is on board with the change. Please ask if more information is required. Thanks.
