For F27 branch I should only use fedrepo-req-branch qdigidoc f27 right?
@germano qdigidoc is unretired for master(f28). Please let us know if you want to maintain it for f26 as well, then I will retire it for f26.
And yes, you can request f27 branch using fedrepo-req-branch tool and the command you got is right.

What is going on master branch? When I run "git push" I obtain
FATAL: W any rpms/qdigidoc germano DENIED by fallthru (or you mis-spelled the reponame) fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists.
