Hello,
I have been trying to build a new version of a package (scidavis) and it fails on f27 every time with the message "FAILED: BuildError: package scidavis is blocked for tag f27-updates-candidate".

Is this because of the Final freeze, or is there some other problem? I thought that packages without freeze exceptions were supposed to get stuck in bodhi, not koji.
I took a look and plenty of other packages which don't seem to be critical path build fine for the same tag.
@alexpl The problem here is that the package is retired/eol'ed as per PDC https://pdc.fedoraproject.org/rest_api/v1/component-branches/?global_component=scidavis and all the retired packages in PDC will be blocked in koji.
I can unretire it in pdc, but I want to check if something else is making the package retire in PDC before I unretire it.
