RelEng acknowledges this change and we will include this in the mass rebuild.

Just for reference, the changes to mingw-filesystem have already landed a while ago, and packages are getting the enhanced debug infos as they are rebuilt. I forgot about this ticket to be honest, but from my point of view it can also be closed (or kept open until all packages have been rebuilt to formally declare the feature 100% complete).
