Since I often am a time drain on many people within this group because of constant issues I'd like to be able to help people when they have problems and also be able to do things (like having more than just Adam Miller be able to release Fedora Atomic Host).
I have gone over https://docs.pagure.org/releng/contributing.html and https://docs.pagure.org/releng/sop_adding_new_release_engineer.html as requested in the other ticket.
