The epel7 buildroots have been updated to RHEL 7.4 for x86_64 and ppc64{,le}, but not aarch64.
I think this synced up last night.

Confirmed not working. The aarch64 buildroots are still using 7.3 packages
There were several problems due to configuration name changes at some point. The problems have been 'fixed' until upstream changes some names again. I have done scratch builds against @yselkowitz package listed and it compiled this time.
Can we also have the virt packages pulled in for aarch64 for 7.4? I'd like to be able to build php-libvirt in EPEL 7 for this arch...
We do not have access to that channel. We are looking at why and how we can add this and a couple other ones.
