The goal of this issue is to let releng know about the 32 bit UEFI support changes planned for F27 and to coordinate any rel-eng related issues regarding this change.
ATM I don't see anything in this change which specifically involves rel-eng. Although some changes to the compose recipes will be involved to add the 32 bit UEFI grub build to the x86_64 boot media.

Just for clarity, is there any problem having the 32 bit grub2 binary living in the same ESP as the grub2 64 bit binary?
Would this require a separate iso with the 32 bit bootloader and a 64 bit package set?
No both can live in the same EFI system partition
No there will only be a single 64 bit iso (per product / spin) which can boot on both 32 and 64 bit UEFI (given a 64 bit CPU obviously).
