Releng acks the change and since we got some working images for f26 final modular, I think we are in a good shape right now and we can get a compose of f27 modular server, but it also depends on bodhi support of modularity.

@mcurlej was able to demo a test of bodhi mashing modules (using pungi) to @bowlofeggs and I earlier this week.

We released F27 Beta based on modularity but we changed plans later on to do a hybrid model.
