OK, so it looks like we want to try again, with just one change from the previous compose:

• Do NOT repeat do NOT include libdb-5.3.28-19.fc26 or libdb-5.3.28-18.fc26 . Use 5.3.28-17.fc26, the current stable version.

The attempt to fix the upgrade bug caused failures during compose (and also broke people's RPM databases). The upgrade bug has been adjusted to Accepted0Day / AcceptedPreviousRelease , which means we can spin an RC compose without a fix for it, but we can't actually release without a fix for it.

FYI, following blocker/FE builds are being used for Beta 1.3 compose:
