For testing Modularity Compose change on the real infrastructure, we need latest pungi release which includes patches to build modular compose. I would therefore like to ask you to update pungi on rawhide compose machine (should be rawhide-composer.phx2.fedoraproject.org according to Patrick).
There are two optional dependencies to create compose from modules:
Both are in fedora.

To make myself clear, those dependencies are optional if you don't want to create modular compose, but for modular compose, we need them.
