RC4 has started, but in fact one more change is needed to kde-settings to get the right background in KDE. RC4 won't have the F25 background, it will have an upstream KDE background, so it'll technically meet the criteria but will look a bit odd. For an RC5, we should include:

Sigh: we're going to need an RC6 :( RC5 was missing its Workstation live images, I think because @kevin restarted kojipkgs during the compose (to try and fix my problem with slow transfers from it) and that caused the i686 Workstation live image compose to fail as the file transfer was aborted.

Not sure whether it's best to fire one immediately or wait a bit while we test RC4 and RC5 a bit and see if we spot any more issues.

For the record, to explain RC6 and RC7: there are no intended content changes. RC5 was missing the Workstation live images because of an issue during the compose process, so we needed to re-spin. RC6 compose failed, thus RC7. RC7 should be identical to RC5, only with Workstation lives.
