f25-llvm39 target has been created:

$ koji add-tag f25-llvm39 --parent=f25-build --arches=armv7hl,i686,x86_64
$ koji add-target f25-llvm39 f25-llvm39

$ fedpkg build --target=f25-llvm39

For stable releases you need to submit the builds via bodhi as per standard stable updates policy.

Builds have been moved over into f25-updates-candidate, you can now create an update with them all. The f25-llvm39 target has been removed
