Analogous to what happened for EPEL6, I've created an epel-rpm-macros package for EPEL5. It's been in stable for some time (though, of course, not in the buildroot) and I've done many mass rebuilds of EPEL5 with it in the buildroot to ensure that it doesn't cause issues. EPSCo was in favor of having it added, and I'm back from my vacation so I'll be around to deal with any issues that do crop up.

Hopefully this will allow us to drop some specfile constructs unnecessary in any other release before EPEL5 actually goes away in a year.
