since the builders were upgraded to Fedora 23 image building has been failing. it has been debugged down to a issue with kvm on xeon cpus. this ticket is to track the progress of getting this fixed

Note that this bug is fixed in kernel 4.3+ so the rawhide kernels have the fix in them.
we have fixed image building by putting the f24 build of 4.3.0-1 on the builders
