Gearbox and octomap were just retired in f21 and rawhide, ostensibly because of their BR on the ice-devel package.
ice is an optional dependency for both packages; once un-retired I will remove the ice BR and rebuild
unretired.

Thanks. I reverted the changes in git and pushed them, but it looks like both packages are still blocked in koji.
unblocked, seems the automated process failed.
