#6041 Unretiring python-unittest2 + properly creating F21 branch

Hi,
today I had two successive unretirement change requests (I forgot to include f21 branch in the first one) and it seems that the second one wasn't processed, although limburgher noted that it's complete [1] - the f21 branch is not in dist-git. Am I doing something wrong?

Also, rawhide build failed with "BuildError: package python-unittest2 is blocked for tag f22" [2]. I guess the package also has to be unblocked (both for f21 and rawhide).

Sorry, I have to revert this, because there was no proper re-review for the package which is required if a package was retired for more than two weeks, which is the case here.
