Please tag kernel-3.16.3-300.fc21 in F21 again. Both kernel-3.16.3-300.fc21 and kernel-3.16.2-301.fc21 were filed as updates during freeze. The latter was marked stable and wasn't obsoleted by kernel-3.16.3-300.fc21 because of bodhi's stable rules. When things were unfrozen, the older build was tagged last and is now the "latest" build in f21 even though both are tagged in koji.

I can do the tag myself, but I wanted to make sure there is a written record of what happened here before I do that.
