I think it's because a newer libvpx is included in el6 now. I see in centos6 updates at least, {{{ libvpx-1.3.0-5.el6_5 }}}
but, {{{ koji latest-pkg dist-6E-epel-build libvpx Build Tag Built by
libvpx-0.9.5-2.el6 dist-6E-epel spot }}}
So, I'm guessing libvpx-0.9.5-2.el6 needs to be removed from epel.
the old epel builds were not untagged when epel was blocked so they were showing up in the buildroot
