I've got multiple frozen updates in Bodhi: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/user/dfateyev (for example: yadifa el5,el6,el7,f21; backupninja f21).
Tried to step down and push some to stable again, but it didn't help. Could you push them to stable? Thanks.
Fedora 21 is currently under alpha freeze, see http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases/21/Schedule (meaning, nothing but freeze blockers/exceptions get pushed stable)
Otherwise, one example you gave, yadafa(epel7), was only submitted for stable updates yesterday. Please be patient, pushes are a manual process, and usually happen at most once per day.
