acheck was retired in the last year but didn't follow the guideline, please help.

Why did you retire it? A reason needs to go into the dead.package file.
Dead upstream from Debian(since 2006), and has been orphaned by Debian:

I dead.packaged it with fedpkg retire. Please take care of upstream release monitoring, comps, and possible other items from the retirement process wiki page.
