It would be nice, oif you can unblocking open-cobol for f20 and devel on koji. I have unretiered the package. A review was not required, because the package was retiered less then two weeks.
It is unblocked in koji for f20+. You forgot to let it be unretired for the devel branch, I did this for you, too.
