vgabios has been retired: it is obsoleted by seavgabios, provided by the seabios package.
python-virtinst has been retired: it's been merged into the virt-manager package.

Please block these packages from F19+

...Actually, the above is partially a lie. vgabios isn't retired in FAS, because the owner is the fake account virtmaint, and I couldn't manage to retire the package. If someone could retire that for F19 and rawhide, I'd appreciate it. Let me know if that needs a separate ticket.
