According to the wiki article [1] I must file a ticket in this bugtracker if I want to retire my package.
These packages have been retired: - qxmpp-dev - leechcraft
Please block they from the appropriate collections.

I'm curious why you're retiring these?
blocked in f19, you are required to maintain in released versions of fedora
Okay,
Can you unretire these package for F18 and F19 in pages https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/name/%{package_name} ? I cannot maintain it without permissions.
That's part of why I asked the purpose of this request. Sounds like what you really wanted was to orphan the pkg.
fyi, to unretire follow "package change request" per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_SCM_admin_requests#Package_Change_Requests_for_existing_packages
nothing else rel-eng'y to be done here, afaict. closing
