I believe it would be beneficial to have bugzilla bugs filed for every package that failed mass rebuild. It's relatively easy to lose track of failed packages if I have a lot of packages.
I am attaching a refactored find-failures.py & new python script that should allow simple mass-filing of these bugs.

Come to think of it there's one worthy addition: we should have a tracking bug for these failed builds. It would also simplify verifying if the bug has been filed as well
