This needs tracking, or else these packages will still be in Fedora 18 but have been unmaintained since 2010.
To my devel list thread and private mail with the subject "Who knows Rangeen Basu Roy Chowdhury (sherry151)?" I've received this reply: {{{ Hi Michael
You can say that I have given up contributing to Fedora for a while now. I think I should go ahead and orphan the packages as I do not have the time or energy to maintain them any more. Thanks for reminding me. }}} http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2012-July/169748.html

Status update:
A request to consider orphaning the packages in pkgdb has been sent to sherry151 on 2012-07-14.
gnusim8085, which had been retired by releng due to unhandled FTFBS tickets, has been re-reviewed ( https://bugzilla.redhat.com/841335 ), but the package is owned in EPEL by the same non-responsive people.
Meanwhile, there are several pkgdb comaintainer requests waiting to be processed:
A new status update: I have now completely taken over gnusim8085, and am now creating and publishing builds for EL5, EL6, F16 and F17.
Yep, progress! Packages archmage, gtick and python-chm have been orphaned. Thanks a lot, sherry151! I've posted about that to devel list.
Meant to close this with the previous comment, because releng help is not needed anymore.
Would be good if the new orphans would be covered by notting's "[ACTION REQUIRED] Retiring packages for Fedora 18" pruning.
