Attempting to add this override myself through Bodhi results in an error that such an override already exists, but it's not listed on Bodhi, and attempting to build any package that BR on emacs fails as a mismatched ImageMagick is already in the buildroot override.
Turns out the older expired override needs to be restored; a new override cannot be created in its place.
