ocaml-calimages has been unretired (except for the blocking) and needs to be unblocked in f15, f16, f17 and devel. It needs to stay blocked for now in el6 since the newer version of the package needs ocaml-omake which isn't in el6. And we don't want to inherit the el5 version of ocaml-calimages into el6 since it has issues.
