python-unidecode-0.04.7-4.fc15 and rubygem-declarative_authorization-0.5.3-2.fc15 are thus missing and need re-tagging.

wrt youtube-dl, according to http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=257244 and comments in https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/youtube-dl-2011.08.04-1.fc15 it's still only tagged for updates-testing alright.
should I/we manually, pkg-tag dist-f15-updates youtube-dl-2011.08.04-1.fc15, or is there something better to do there? (more investigation warranted to find why that push failed, and if other pkgs are affected?).
