Not sure how to do this right so adding a request:
python-sqlalchemy should not be buildable in EPEL6 because it is present in RHEL6. Building of this package needs to be blocked for EPEL6.

nick when you block a package in epel thats in rhel you need to unblock it from the -build tag as well or its not available to the buildroot. this one broke creating srpms for epel6
