I'm following the last step mentined at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_remove_a_package_at_end_of_life :
File a ticket for rel-eng (component koji) asking the package to be blocked from the appropriate collections in which it is retired.
The package was retired on 'Fedora devel', it was replaced by gpxe a long time ago (since Fedora 12).
