Ugh. Found a bug in tp-glib-0.11.16-1.fc13 (an unnecessary devel req on tp-glib-vala), and need to have it untagged for the f13 buildroot.

Do I need to create a new ticket to have telepathy-glib-0.11.16-2.fc13 placed in the F13 buildroot? Or is it ok to request it here?
