I need build xemacs-21_5_29-12_el5, which is in dist-5E-epel-testing-candidate, to be tagged into the build root so I can bootstrap a build of xemacs-packages-base. Once that package is built, I can build a non-bootstrap xemacs and push both packages into testing. Thank you.
