In order to build libucil, I need a buildroot override of Buildroot override of libunicap-0.9.8-1.(el5|fc11|fc12|fc13) - yes, that's all active Fedora branches and EPEL. Libucil package depends on libunicap.

Please open a new ticket with component epel to get it tagged for EPEL, because I did not ask for permission to perform tag requests for epel.
