the added patch is a solution of a FTBFS bug:
without it the package cannot be built at all
Let us know when the builds needing this are done.

OK, I think we misunderstood each other.
Tagging requests are now for buildroot overrides only (which I thought you wanted).
Use bodhi to get your new build into dist-f13 (per recent "No Frozen Rawhide")
