I have just built cld-0.3-0.4.g3cbe645c.fc12 in dist-f12 (really dist-f12-updates-candidate).
I need cld pushed to the buildroot, in order to build "chunkd".
After that, chunkd will need to be pushed to the buildroot, in order to build "tabled."

Final package is "tabled", which BuildRequires chunkd. No package depends on tabled, so I presume the ticket can be closed after chunkd is pushed.

ping, it's been almost a month, are these buildroot tags still needed?
another 2 months... do you still plan on building a new version of tabled (per the 11/18 comment)?
