While working on the dsktop-backgrounds package I noticed that the
dependeny from xfdesktop was outdated. xfdesktop required desktop-
backgrounds-basic, but needs to require desktop-backgrounds-compat as
it uses /usr/share/backgrounds/default.png. This update only changes
the dependencies, no code changes or anything else. As a positive side
effect we save 3 MB on the Xfce Live.
