This stops a queue being automatically created for the Brother HL-2060 printer with a known-not-to-work driver.

If the foomatic package is installed, the correct driver will be used when automatically setting up the queue. If the foomatic package is not installed, no queue will be created and a warning will appear advising the user that the driver is not installed.
