Reopen Issue

Further bug-fixes to the base Audacious plugins package, mostly when using PulseAudio output:

  • fix libsndfile input plugin playback
  • fix libmodplug input plugin playback
  • fix saved volume precision-loss in pulse_audio output plugin
  • set buffer_time_min in alsa-lib output plugin

Given how high visibility audio issues seem to be, I'm +1 here.
