What changed?
A couple .html files in the documentation only. The rest is untouched. This fixes bug #528240. The bug reports a conflict in installation of devel.x86_64 and devel.i686 packages. This is due to doxygen's hardcoded id's in the generated .html files and I only removed these id's.

How important is this change?
Well, a user complained. Not many of them do.

How well tested is this package build?
Only tested the .html files since they are the only things that are changed. They seem fine.
